Tasted like a really tough, cheap cut and it was very rare. We had to sear it quickly again on our stove. Disappointing

Dressing was tasteless. All the anchovies are in one place so you get one mouthful of anchovies. Missing olive & potatos. Tuna very overcooked and small portion. Not really a nicoise salad for me.
