Nidcielo While we aren’t foreign to Spanish flavours anymore, this Spanish Japanese fusion restaurant Nidcielo certainly knows how to lure one in for a spin through Spanish cuisine through its medley of flavours and dream-like interiors. But too bad due to the PPKM we could not have a dine-in there. While this is called a Spanish restaurant, the design and dishes carry subdued Asian inspiration, Japan in particular. My most favorite dish from the opening of this restaurant is their baby black squid. Squid Ink Meloso layers Spanish and Asian flavours harmoniously with baby squid, oyster mushrooms and salted egg. Price is Rp. 122,500 through gofood. I only ordered one dish due to the fact that I did not have enough space for more items. It was such a pity given the fact that there was a 68K discount if you spend minimum 200K and 118K discount if your minimum order is 275K. Nonetheless, this is a truly top notch restaurant and I will continue to support them by purchasing their product on a regular basis.5. T*** (10/08/21 - 13:14:58)
The baby squid ink was marvellously delicious! Top of the world! But the spaghetti bolognese was a bit odd for my liking. The burnt cheese cake tasted light and I think it was okay.6. R*** H***** (01/08/21 - 19:27:12)
Finally this favorite restaurant is back to business after a few period of hiatus. Indeed, the pandemic as a result of rampant Covid 19’virus has hit the food and beverage business severely, including this Japanese-Spanish fusion restaurant. The burger was perfectly cooked but the minced meat was so small now hahaha The black squid ink pasta is truly the signature dish of this restaurant . None could compare to it!
